I made an appointment to get a wheel alignment and oil change which was pretty easy to get scheduled. When I arrived to my appointed date and time, the rep inside was very courteous and knowledgeable. He promised an hour and a half and I think it was a little under the projected time...plenty of time to get back to work. Everything was done as promised and at a reasonable price. If I had taken my Ford Fusion to Ford for the same service it would have been much more. I told the rep if Regal Auto took care of me I’ll be back on a regular basis...so I’ll be bringing my Fusion back for future visits. BTW-they didn’t come up with frivolous stuff or try to up sell me but I would trust them to tell me if something needed attention.

The.customer service was excellent the receptionist knew what she was talking about parts and service she was very friendly and the owner helped out with the job and explained everything that was done and needs to be done to the vehicle .

Let me tell yall, they took care of us! Listened to our needs and wants and did a great job. We got two motor mounts fixed on our accord and the job was not easy but they completed in timely fashion. Thanks Guys! ❣️

Got me in same day. Had the tire I needed (which a lot of other tire centers didn’t) and showed me where the damage to the tire was. They even tried to help me find used rims without selling me on the ones they have in their shop. Nice!
