My 2021 Toyota Sienna hybrid’s 12V battery was failing too fast and the dealer wouldn’t do more than cite cryptic error codes and replace the battery. Regal systematically checked to identify anything in the car’s electrical systems that could be drawing the battery down, and determined that the systems were fine but the dealer had installed a regular battery when my car needed an AGM. The cost was lower than what the dealer charged me to cite confusing error codes and install the wrong battery. And Regal folks were very easy to understand. I’ll go to Regal again.

Korey and his team are fantastic. I had a seized Lug bolt that two other shops couldn’t remove, and these guys handled it. This is the second time using the shop and both times felt pricing was fair and that I was treated well and with honesty. Highly recommend this crew!

Service on my 2010 Silverado today by Kevin was the usual high standard of technician expertise and good customer communication. Kevin let me know what he found while getting ready to do the oil change. The clean out process he recommended will extend the reliability and performance of my truck. He also inventoried the services which will be best advised to be attended to in the near future. Dain is good at keeping organized and recorded information regarding the day's service. I have been a customer at Regal Tire (Used to be Big O when Dan and Mary owned the business many moons ago) for over 30 years. Always have had great service and followup. Marie
