The guys at Regal were so easy to deal with. They had me in and out quickly and couldnt have been happier with the service.

I was recommended this place when my car suddenly starting shaking extremely violently. They were able to get me in really quickly and worked with my schedule (I had to wait a few days until someone could drive me home from the shop.) they had it diagnosed by 3:30 pm and gave clear pictures of the problems and explained when I didn’t understand something without any attitude or acting like I’m dumb. It cost half if not less than what most places would charge and their communication is extremely clear. I was lucky and my car was ready the next day, but when my mom’s car had a delay due to waiting on a part, they called her and let her know what was going on and then they gave her a new eta for finishing when the part arrived. There’s clear communication and they won’t do more than you ask them to. I asked for them to take a look at my seat and give me an estimate, and they did exactly that so I can budget for it in the future. They don’t make you feel bad if you don’t complete every recommended service. I WILL be going there again if any of our cars need repair and I WILL be telling everyone I know how amazing they are. I took one star off because when I had time to do some research after getting my car back, I found that the price I paid was pretty high compared to similar work done at other auto shops. I appreciate how quick and helpful they were, but I recommend price-checking before going here. Definitely go here if you want fast, reliable service and have the money!

Good price on tires and very easy to work with.

Regal Auto Care & Tire was a pleasure to work with on my new wheels. The first set ordered did not have the correct fitment (my fault, not theirs), they test fit them upon receiving them, and conferred with me if I liked them. I did not. They said no problem, ordered a different set, and didn’t charge me any restocking fee. Great team there, including the technicians. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for straight forward, friendly customer service and vehicle repair.

I discovered regal Auto Care and tire about a year ago when I was having trouble finding a shop in Auburn that could install my side by side tires. Regal had zero problem with it so when looking for snow tires last week I figured I'd give them a try. Even though I was last minute and in a hurry they bent over backwards to help me get the tires on my car before my trip. I went with their suggestion of the general grabber AT with studs. I can't say I've been happier with a set of tires, these are a very high quality, quiet and amazing traction on snow and sheet ice and even in the rain. Great shop to work with, you won't be disappointed.
