Don't know why they put up fencing, but it really takes away from the anesthetic of running a business properly, recommend to all my clients to take their cars elsewhere, really disappointed and hope they make the correct changes to this establishment

Hi Jesse, I understand you were unhappy about being terminated in 2017 but as we discussed back then I wouldn't accept sub-par diagnostic and sloppy repair work from my technicians. I know the general consensus of the employees at that time was that is was okay because it was work from a dishonest used car lot but that's why I also refused to continue doing work for them. Obviously I was making changes as the new owner to reposition the business and the type of service we would provide to our clients and this wasn't the type of product and service that fit your style of work. I hoped that things changed for you and you found another place where you could be happy, unfortunately it seems like maybe that isn't the case.

My 2021 Toyota Sienna hybrid’s 12V battery was failing too fast and the dealer wouldn’t do more than cite cryptic error codes and replace the battery. Regal systematically checked to identify anything in the car’s electrical systems that could be drawing the battery down, and determined that the systems were fine but the dealer had installed a regular battery when my car needed an AGM. The cost was lower than what the dealer charged me to cite confusing error codes and install the wrong battery. And Regal folks were very easy to understand. I’ll go to Regal again.
