Took my 2017 Ford Raptor in for an alignment after some upgrades/modifications. Originally took the truck to my local Firestone, based on proximity. Was told the truck was too wide for their alignment rack. After countless calls to other shops with nothing more than maybes. Got ahold of the guys at Regall. Got an appointment, no issues with the truck fitting. Great service while I waited, communicated with me all the steps along the way about the adjustments that had to be made. My Raptor is back to driving like it should. Corey, Derek, and Jarred were all super fun to chat with about offloading, nice to have a place that partake in what they sell. We will definitely be back.

The folks at this repair facility were extremely efficient and courteous. They completed the repair of my Jeep Wrangler very quickly and at the estimated cost.

These guys did a great job balancing out my Mickey Thompson tires, brought the driving experience back to what it should be, great team of guys who were knowledgeable and concise, answered my questions and got the job done!!

Regal Auto Care & Tire came highly recommended & there's a reason why. I recently had them put a lift & tires on my Bronco and they did such a great job. They even mounted the tires on wheels I provided. Everyone there is really nice and friendly.

5 new tires- three ordered by Derrick and two that I purchased, which were aggressive snow/mud tires (truck is '72 3/4 ton GMC two-wheel drive). Once all tires were available, we coordinated a schedule to install new shoes on old 16.5 rims. They did a quick check on alignment (free) which identified an out of camber tolerance. We had an agreed firm price which was adjusted down due to valve stems not needing replaced. All in all, fair price, excellent work, decent timing.

Bad customer service

I went in to have a set of billet wheels mounted and balanced for a show vehicle. They are one of a very few shops that have center mount tire machine to avoid damage to the lip of soft aluminum wheels. They got right on the job, but soon realized the tires I had brought to have mounted would not work on the wheel due to the wheel design. Instead of using tire bars to try to get them to seat properly and possible damaging the wheels. They reached out and I was able to bring another set of tires down to try. The new set worked out and even though they had to go through the trouble of dismounting them from another set of wheels they only charged me the original quoted amount. Can't say enough how impressed I was by there professionalism and would recommend them to anyone that is looking to have any tire or automotive services done especially when dealing with high end billet wheels!!!!
