My car had a "no start/no crank" electrical short, and I was in a tough spot. I had it towed to a different shop first that kept it for two days, managed to get it started but couldn't keep it running, and then called to tell me it would cost at least $1,000 just to find the issue. I was super discouraged thinking I’d have to spend $1,000–$2,000 just to get my car back on the road. Decided to tow it here to Regal Auto Care, and I am honestly mad I didn’t call them first! Derek and Jared are some of the chillest dudes I’ve ever met. Not only is the shop clean and the environment very welcoming, but the entire team is solid💯 Their technician, Jon Mukai, is a total beast! Jon was able to find and fix the electrical issue in less than an hour. Derek was incredibly communicative and helpful, taking the time to explain exactly what was going on with my car. Jared was also so patient with me while I figured out the financing. Both of them stayed with me to the end and handled everything with so much patience. I genuinely have nothing but nice things to say about this place, which is incredibly rare considering my past experiences with other auto repair shops. While the other shop wanted a grand just to look at it, the total fix here at Regal came out to under $1,000!!! They have earned a customer for life! I can’t recommend this shop enough💯
