Jared and his guys were absolute rockstars! I was traveling from Oregon for work and I called Regal Auto after googling a ‘shop near me’ as soon as my Ford F250 had broke down on I-5. They got me back on the road so fast! 5 ⭐️ experience all around. Don’t hesitate to have these guys take care of your vehicles.

They took care of my car problem quickly, efficiently, and professionally. They answered my questions patiently and didn’t try to scare me into any massive repairs. They worked with me to do what would be best and safest for my situation. I took one star off because when I had time to do some research after getting my car back, I found that the price I paid was pretty high compared to similar work done at other auto shops. I appreciate how quick and helpful they were, but I recommend price-checking before going here. Definitely go here if you want fast, reliable service and have the money!

Good price on tires and very easy to work with.

Regal Auto Care & Tire was a pleasure to work with on my new wheels. The first set ordered did not have the correct fitment (my fault, not theirs), they test fit them upon receiving them, and conferred with me if I liked them. I did not. They said no problem, ordered a different set, and didn’t charge me any restocking fee. Great team there, including the technicians. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for straight forward, friendly customer service and vehicle repair.

I discovered regal Auto Care and tire about a year ago when I was having trouble finding a shop in Auburn that could install my side by side tires. Regal had zero problem with it so when looking for snow tires last week I figured I'd give them a try. Even though I was last minute and in a hurry they bent over backwards to help me get the tires on my car before my trip. I went with their suggestion of the general grabber AT with studs. I can't say I've been happier with a set of tires, these are a very high quality, quiet and amazing traction on snow and sheet ice and even in the rain. Great shop to work with, you won't be disappointed.

Went in for 1. Engine check lights on 2. Oil change, 3, alignment. 4. Shaky when driving. They found a few more problems which is good and need to be taken care of. Like bad brake rotors and brake pads. They fixed all the requested problems except the engine check light's still on when i come to pick it up and was told i'd have to pay extra if i want that check and diagnosed. (About a little over $200 something). They did a pretty good job on all the work they did except miss that engine check ligh on (and still gonna charge me regular price if i was gonna do it after they initially missed it) so 3/5 is a fair rating i believe.

I was experiencing some issues with the defrost/heater in my vehicle & was referred to Regal Auto Care by a coworker. I called and made an appointment with them and was promptly seen on their next work day. Regal Auto Care figured out the problem and had me back on the road that afternoon with a nice warm vehicle. Great Communication and great customer service. Highly recommend!
