Bad bad bad people,i bought a new battery last month from regal, they stole it and put a 2 & 1/2 year old scrap battery in! Proof ( picture ) My money is being held hostage do to the fact im trying to inform public!( Proof pictue) as of 6-27-25 at 1001am- Update on my vehicle took in for oil leak, still leaking oil, ( photo ) still has coolant outside my radiator, also left my compression hose unplugged ( photo ) owner apologized and blamed everyone else. The owner spends more time working on his own vehicles (photos) of his new jeep getting worked on in the past few weeks, bbq during the day. Also says he's does not work on his vehicles at his shop. Photo from 2 weeks ago. I dropped off Monday for warranty, still has not even looked at it. I wrote a small review to warn others! The owner now called and said to pick up our car!!! No warranty, no working car, this place does not care at all. I will be speaking on this matter & spreading the word on many more sights so people don't get there car worked on at a sub par, incompetent place. I also waited a week for a estimate. Wow, should of known!! Dropped the ball?

Went in for warranty work and was diagnosed with a different issue that was non existent. Regal is a Napa parts shop, which means that they should warranty any Napa parts that are under warranty coming from any shop within the USA. I had my thermostat changed out in January 2025, which means it was under warranty. My mechanic from Texas called Regal specifically and informed Jared that they need to look at the thermostat because my car was overheating and that is was under warranty. Regal called my mechanic and told them it was not the thermostat, but that the coolant reservoir was cracked and leaking and quoted me close to $1000 to replace. My mechanic called me and told me that the price quoted was outrageous and not to do have Regal do the work. Fortunately my father was a mechanic back in the day, and we ordered the reservoir on Amazon for $42 and installed it in less then an hour. Well that was not the issue. The truck was still overheating. We then replaced the thermostat, which was the part we originally asked Regal to assess, and my car runs beautifully. So I was charged $267 for them to misdiagnose my car and was quoted $1000 to to fix a problem the never existed.

This was my first time at Regal Auto Care. I appreciate the professionalism & care I experienced from the moment I walked through the door. My car is running great & my air conditioner is blowing icy cold air. Thank you for the great service, I will be back when service is needed,. If your vehicle is in need of service, Regal Auto will treat your vehicle as if it were their own & for a fair price!!

Thank you for the great review Heidi! Car Air Conditioning Repair can be tricky but our techs have great experience and knowledge in finding and repairing the leaks so you'll have Ice Cold A/C for a long time to come :) And of course we will be happy to help you in the future with any service needs when you need them. Thanks!

Been taking my F-150 ecoboost 3.5L to this place for the last two years, they are my go to mechanics here in Auburn because they always do great work and are very through with what they detail in their findings and recommendations. Also good discount if you have a Costco membership!

This place rocks. My wife and I had our Sienna lifted and it turned out better than we could have imagined. Korey and his crew were awesome to work with and helped us through the process.

BEWARE, DO NOT GO HERE! Called this place for a pre-purchase vehicle inspection. I paid $342.47 (includes tax and labor was $299.99). Because the cost was definitely on the higher end of a typical inspection cost, I thought I was paying for a really well done job and the place was well reviewed. I was obviously wrong. Long story short, they did not do a proper inspection and tried to even take advantage of me. Also highly advise everyone to keep receipts because this place can’t be trusted. Keep reading for details. At the end of the inspection, they gave me a report on everything they checked and specific notes as well. They said everything looked good but I should probably get new tires and shocks eventually. So I purchased the vehicle the next day from the dealership. Within the first few weeks of having the car I rolled the windows down for the first time when it finally got warm in WA. I found that the back right window doesn’t roll back up from the driver’s control. I called Regal and explained that this should’ve been caught during the pre-purchase inspection and they said I could come in the following week so they can take a look. I’m assuming this is free because I paid A LOT for the pre-purchase inspection. Fast forward to today/inspection, drove 40 min to the place, I walk in and they casually slide a document for me to sign for $342.47 AGAIN for labor+tax to just take a look at the car—cute, but no 😑. I explained FOR A WHILE that this should’ve been caught during the inspection and I was not going to be paying for labor again to do what they should’ve already done. The owner explained that they can’t just check everything during a pre-purchase inspection and that checking all the windows were not a part of it. 😂 what? RED FLAG! I keep receipts and I showed him the report from them that explicitly says “windows work” lol. He then proceeds to tell me that things can go wrong in a day. I gave him a “I’m not stupid” look and I told him he can either take a look at my car without charge today or I’d leave. So Regal finally takes a look for free and said that the dealership I bought it from said to check the windows before they dropped it off for the pre-purchase inspection— Regal said they did check (obviously not because he later showed me that the driver control button for the window was broken to begin with). I got 3 different explanations in my time here that all conflicted. These people are dishonest, period. Regal then gave me a quote of $300 and $700 to replace the window control piece (old or new part). Now I just feel like I don’t trust any thing from the original inspection report which means the $300+ I paid for in the first place to have peace of mind of what I bought is useless and should really be reimbursed. At the end of the day I don’t have peace of mind of my vehicle purchase and feel like I should have never done an inspection because I would’ve paid the same price to not get an inspection and just get the window control piece replaced. I feel like Regal took advantage of me and was lying to my face as soon as I walked in that door. Can’t do anything now but laugh and this situation— all because I tried to be proactive and get a pre-purchase inspection 😂😭💀.

Don't know why they put up fencing, but it really takes away from the anesthetic of running a business properly, recommend to all my clients to take their cars elsewhere, really disappointed and hope they make the correct changes to this establishment

Hi Jesse, I understand you were unhappy about being terminated in 2017 but as we discussed back then I wouldn't accept sub-par diagnostic and sloppy repair work from my technicians. I know the general consensus of the employees at that time was that is was okay because it was work from a dishonest used car lot but that's why I also refused to continue doing work for them. Obviously I was making changes as the new owner to reposition the business and the type of service we would provide to our clients and this wasn't the type of product and service that fit your style of work. I hoped that things changed for you and you found another place where you could be happy, unfortunately it seems like maybe that isn't the case.

Love the Engineering Side steps. Getting out is a bit tricky, but getting in is a charm. Looks great on the JKU.
