One day my car wouldn’t turn over, it would turn on but that was it. I had my car towed over and it took them about 2 1/2 days to diagnose it with an appointment. My engine ended up being shot and they were nice enough to let me keep it on the lot until I could get it sold off, only had to pay for the labor of the diagnostic. I do wish there was a little more communication while the car was getting worked on, I had to be the one to call to check in on the vehicle and they tended to not call back when they said they would, but overall a great experience!
