It is my opinion that this shop is a top notch place to have your car needs met. Are they perfect? No. But neither is any other place of business. Jarod is very knowledgeable in his work. Korey is a quality owner as well. The mechanics also know what they are doing, too (if they didn't, Korey wouldn't have hired them). They have my complete trust. If they didn't, I wouldn't have been a customer of theirs for over 30 years.

Jared did a great job taking care of our company Jeep. He was exceptionally communicative and completed the head gasket replacement not only in a timely manner, but for a great price. 10/10 would recommend for any mechanical needs.

They were very accommodating, informative and receptive to my own input. Things took a while for me to decide and there was no pressure on there part. I will be taking my Bronco there for any further accessories or mods in the future.

This is the second set of tires Ive purchased from these guys extremely knowledgeable fast. Best prices I could find I would recommend regal to everyone and anyone looking for a good deal on a great product. Matter of fact after I was telling one of my project managers about them he ordered a set immediately after seeing their prices are better than everyone else.

Took my lift F350 CCLB in for a vibration at low speed issue. Tech and service advisors worked exceptionally hard to figure out the issues keeping me informed along the way. Team never assumed anything without proper verification. Definitely recommend to anyone looking to get anything from flat repair to major mechanical work done. Mechanic shop you can trust.

This was the only shop I could find to rebuild the rear differential on my 2009 Sprinter. They did it quickly and at a fair price.

They are such a rip off! They make you pay extra than what you were told. They fixed my Prius low beams 2014 front for 200 bucks!! Worst place

My car had a "no start/no crank" electrical short, and I was in a tough spot. I had it towed to a different shop first that kept it for two days, managed to get it started but couldn't keep it running, and then called to tell me it would cost at least $1,000 just to find the issue. I was super discouraged thinking I’d have to spend $1,000–$2,000 just to get my car back on the road. Decided to tow it here to Regal Auto Care, and I am honestly mad I didn’t call them first! Derek and Jared are some of the chillest dudes I’ve ever met. Not only is the shop clean and the environment very welcoming, but the entire team is solid💯 Their technician, Jon Mukai, is a total beast! Jon was able to find and fix the electrical issue in less than an hour. Derek was incredibly communicative and helpful, taking the time to explain exactly what was going on with my car. Jared was also so patient with me while I figured out the financing. Both of them stayed with me to the end and handled everything with so much patience. I genuinely have nothing but nice things to say about this place, which is incredibly rare considering my past experiences with other auto repair shops. While the other shop wanted a grand just to look at it, the total fix here at Regal came out to under $1,000!!! They have earned a customer for life! I can’t recommend this shop enough💯
