They always do great work, I've had them install tires, do alignments, and repair several flats. The owner, Korey, has been the owner for over a year and I can tell there's a huge difference in the business. He goes the extra mile to take care of his customers and is dedicated to building loyalty and good business over his bottom dollar. Any time I've had a problem, he fixed it with humility, understanding, and always left me feeling taken care of. These types of auto shops are few and far between and you won't be disappointed.

The crew is always very helpful and professional. The first time I had my car's oil changed here I had no appointment, yet they were very accommodating and I did not have to wait too long. Jesse was at the front counter and he was very helpful telling me what type of service I needed and what type of maintenance I should be doing to my car. The second time around I made an appointment and it was less wait time and I was suggested to have tire rotations. The whole crew was very professional. I will definitely be back.

The team at regal has transformed my 2015 Rubicon. 2" lift, general tires, gobi racks, ARB awning, JW speaker lights, warn zeon winch, maximus winch plate and install of AEV tire carrier and fuel cell. This is a crew and owner that goes above and beyond to satisfy their customers. If you're in the Auburn Way area with all those choices, don't drive pass this top shop!

Awesome place! Initially a month or so back went in for an RV oil change that which they were very accommodating. Best thing is went back to have them do my 2015 Ford on a $29 oil change and auto inspection deal and they found a leak in my oil pan. The repair estimate was $700 and this is something no other shop found where they first recommend I call the dealership to see if still under warranty. Here two months before my original warranty ended Ford confirmed the problem and easily fixed no questions asked. Thumbs up here!!!! The level of service at this location is exceptional. I spoke with Jay the day before requesting how much it would cost to repair a tire as well as explain the situation with him. He told me he was booked for the day, but if I came in first thing in the morning he would have the time to check it out. Next day I got there at 8 am and was greeted by Curt. Basically he told me he would have some one take a look at it to see what might be going on. About 30 min later Curt and the mechanic let me know they found a nail in and repaired it. I was glad they were able to fix it on the spot. When it came to the cost, I was told by Jay it would be $21.95, but on the itemized receipt it was $22.95. Maybe I heard the cost incorrectly over the phone, but if I could take half a star away it would be that as there is no base price seen anywhere in the store to get an idea of how much their services cost. I didn't realize the dollar difference until later, but I will be sure to check in the future of other services when I come to them to get my car fixed up.
