Always friendly, always honest! I knew I was late for an oil change and called in to see if they could get me in. They did, and got my tires rotated as well. They do great and thorough work. They kept me informed and let me know any potential issues they saw. When people ask, I always recommend them and say, “This is the only repair shop I would allow my mom to go to!” Because I know their honest and won’t rip you off.

Went in to get my light installed took up quite some time but all in all it turned out awesome definitely going to recommend these guys and going to be coming back to them for any more repairs or changes awesome people and very kind employees really great place to go. Had recently purchased a lifted 2010 Jeep Rubicon. Took it in for an oil change, and a safety inspection. Wanted to know what all previous owner had done and hope it was done right. The tech who looked at it, was very knowledgeable. He took the time to walk me through and explain things. Was not trying to sell me things, I didn't need. Was more about establishing a relationship to take care of my needs, in order to get the most out of my Jeep. They have definitely earned my trust, and my future business. Have already referred my friends to them. Great team of professionals!

Great shop...Owner works hard to build trust and mitigate issues that arise. Talking to the owner and looking how things are set up in the shop; clean organized, etc. there is pride in ownership and a good comprehensive and professional knowledge throughout. This speaks carefulness and quality to me on a trustworthy level. I've had tires put on, alignment done, brakes replaced and the quality was there. I recommend giving Regal a chance with your automotive needs.
