Korey presented the cheapest diagnostic rate of all places I called, he mentioned a drop box I could leave my key due to time issues! That was great for us. They even stayed later than closing by a few minutes to accommodate my boyfriend coming in Uber for the vehicle, this was very kind. Although the estimate was much higher then I expected, I liked the customer service that was provided :)

Went in with a few questions, but Korey’s knowledge of new products that perfectly fit what I was looking for convinced me it was the right time to buy. The tires weren’t at the shop and I had a big trip coming up the next day. Instead of setting a future appointment he went to the warehouse in his OWN truck and picked them up. The tires were installed within a few hours. Thanks for going above and beyond!

Fantastic Owner and staff. I have been taking my vehicles to this location for more than 30 years and even after ownership change. The place is a cleanly run and honest organization. They give great analysis and let you make the determination on what services you want. Today I went in for an oil change but also had some concerns. Turns out I needed a tuneup, hadn't had one in 60,000 miles, Needed tires (40,000 mile tires that I got 45,000 miles on), new tail light (something they found). I wondered about windshield wipers, they said no need. Checked brakes, found the rears had been changed in 2016 and fronts are on their last six months or so but said for local driving they would be just fine. Not sure what turned Kenny K. off so badly. When I found out it was going to be an all day event, the owner drove me home. Not sure what else they could have done to make it any more convenient. They have built their reputation on Honesty and Customer Service. I never want to spend more money than necessary but if I have to I have no problem giving it to this company to be assured my vehicle is running top notch. Thanks for everything guys. Owner helped me out while I was in, was very nice and helpful. Will definitely get my alignments done at that shop and would recommend to anyone to do the same.

Checked and filled our truck tires with air. Gained some information on some future tires for our 5th wheel trailer

Had an appt. for brake inspection on Thursday morning so I decided to drop off the vehicle on Wednesday expecting I won’t hear back until the actual day of the appt. They proved me wrong! Through out the day after dropping it off I received the courtesy vehicle inspection report and then a call to discuss what needed to be done and by the end of Wednesday got a call stating the vehicle is ready for pickup! Fast, efficient, great work and the price was decent! Although, it seems like they signed me up for their Rewards Program which was never discussed with me or asked if I wanted to join. However in this case I’m not upset at all since I do plan to go there again for any of my vehicles maintenance. First time taking one of my vehicles here and it won’t be my last!

I came in due to a failed emision test. The car also was due for the oil change. Excellent technical support and I was contacted as soon as the diagnosis was available. Very satisfied with the services.

This store is a serious throwback to the old days when customer service was paramount. I’m so impressed with the business Korey the owner is operating. Jared and Korey have earned my loyalty for now on. If you need auto service you need to bring it here. Thank you Korey and Jared. See you next week.

I had several things that had to be done to my van - Regal did an excellent job at communicating which items should be prioritized and which could wait. That allowed me to complete the most critical items and wait a little bit on the others (and I will be going back to Regal soon to complete the rest of the work!). They were trustworthy, priced fairly, and completed the work when they said they would. Thanks Regal!!
