Omgee, I used to tire factory/regal auto maintenence for all my vehicles needs for years, just been bout 5 years since been there, they have maintained alot of my vehicles in the past, but... its the first time for the vehicle I drive now, I brought it in assuming it was wheel bearings ONLY, and almost immediately after dropping it off I get a call telling me it's tie rods, and the guy (Jay) says the mechanic is actually driving it as he was speaking, I tell him what I was experiencing, he calls back after driving it himself and it's wheel bearings, tie rods, needed new tires and balancing and quoted me a awesome price, I picked my car up 4 hours later and I'm driving home and I feel as if I'm in a totally different car, it's smooth driving, everything just seems 200% better then before, I give these guys 5 ☆☆☆☆☆'z for customer service, they all very kind, me being a woman didn't try n have me replace what wasn't needed, I didnt feel as if I was being taken to the cleaners, this is why I like this place for all my vehicle maintenance and preventative maintenance!! Hi five guys!! Thank you for giving me back an awesome whip!! As long as I've had this car(6 Months) it hasn't driven this good, thank You, you have my business and I will refer my friends and family to you, my son is thinking of bringing his car there now!! The only shop in the area willing to mount track tires on my race cars. Very skilled at mounting low profile and stretched tires. I always recommend to family and friends.

The owners of this shop are some of the nicest and most personable people around, and will always give you a completely fare and honest estimate on any repairs you ask for, or need but don't know about. They even offer free brake inspections, tire rotations, and an overall vehicle inspection to keep you up to date on the condition of your car! Definitely recommend this shop to everyone I know.

Brought my suv in for a wheel alignment, they informed me that I didn't need one at all and only charged me a small fee for inspection . My car broke down as I was passing through town. After AAA towed me to a shop that wouldn't even look at my car until the next week, I called Regal and they got me in that day. My car is 20+ years old and a part broke, they found the part locally and got me fixed up that day! No pushy sales service just got my car up and running again. Owner was fantastic and understanding. Now that I live in the area I will be using them from now on.

When a problem occurs after they have done work that stems from what they have repaired, they are good at correcting the problem at no cost to me.

The owner and staff at Regal are very professional! They're the nicest people we've ever met! They fixed our car and it runs perfectly! The estimate was as they told us and the staff was honest! We wish more csr repair facilities were like Regal because we now loyal to them!
