When a problem occurs after they have done work that stems from what they have repaired, they are good at correcting the problem at no cost to me.

The owner and staff at Regal are very professional! They're the nicest people we've ever met! They fixed our car and it runs perfectly! The estimate was as they told us and the staff was honest! We wish more csr repair facilities were like Regal because we now loyal to them!

I was in an accident that caused my clutch rod to break, so I was towed here by AAA. I called ahead of time while I was waiting on the tow truck to let them know I was coming, and to get an idea of how long I would have to leave my car. The gal that answered the phone was SO nice. She was so concerned about the accident. Was I ok. So sorry to hear that, etc. Great customer service before I even arrived. The man that took care of me when I got there was just as courteous. It was late Fri afternoon by this time, so they didnt get to it till Sat morn. He called me first thing. Told me about a couple of other very pressing issues that needed to be taken care of while it was there. He said my car is 13 years old & has nearly 200k miles...they arent going to try to make it new again. I felt he was being so honest & not trying to over sell me. The work was completed promptly and the cost seemed very fair. I will definitely be back & will tell my friends to go here too. I also called AAA to let them know, this a good representative of the kind of customer service their members have come to expect.

On January 22nd, my wife broke down while driving our Ford Focus. The next morning, I was somehow able to get the car started, but on the way to Regal Auto Care it died twice. The second time I was stuck (with no one to jump the battery). The owner of Regal Auto Care picked me up and drove me to his auto repair shop. He had one of his mechanics pick up my car and gave me a loaner car to use -- for FREE. It turned out that the alternator was broken and needed to be replaced (during their free courtesy inspection, they also noticed a crack in the coolant that wasn't related to the current problem). Before the problem with the alternator, I had already planned to have Regal Auto Care do additional maintenance on my car (since my last oil change with them). I decided to have all of the repairs and maintenance done at the same time. The following services were performed: Courtesy inspection, battery replacement, coolant reservoir replacement (it's a dealer-only part and difficult to find locally), alternator replacement, valve cover gasket replacement, brake system flush and service, power steering service flush and service, and more. I expected these repairs to take at least a day or two (because of the coolant reservoir part) . My car was ready within 7 hours of leaving their auto repair shop! I take all of my cars for service to Regal Auto Care. They are a local business and have been in Auburn for over 20 years. They will treat your right! I heard about Dan from a business networking group that we are part of in Auburn. He comes highly recommend by other members of the group. Dan and the auto mechanics at his Auburn auto repair shop don't fit the negative car mechanic stereotype. Go see for yourself. :) THANK YOU DAN! PS: They also sell tires.

First of all, what brought me to this place, ofcourse was Yelp. I ALWAYS read reviews before anything. The reviews is what made me bring my car here. My experience here overall was more than amazing. I would like to thank the manager, Jay and all the staff who took care of me from the first day I dropped my car off. When I found out my car was a total mess and it wasn't going to be done on that same day, I didn't have a ride home. Either I walk or cab it. But Jay had one of his staff member take me home! And that says a lot about customer service. I was beyond happy that they would even do that. Now that I got my car back, my car has been riding so smooth! Felt like it's a new car again. I had to buy a used motor and the rest, they'll take care of. This place or I should say the staff really takes care of you, they were honest and caring and go over everything. When I found out how much everything would be, Jay knew I probably wasn't gonna be able to pay everything up front. The shop is willing to find ways so you can pay for your car to be serviced. Now that this place earned my trust, I will definitely be coming back here for other maintenance! Thanks again, Jay and the staff for all that you do!

Walked in for an alignment and was told they could help me that day. Set up an appointment for the next day. When I showed up for my appointment everything went smooth and my car went back right away. Smooth and easy.

I know next to nothing about cars, so when I had one of my tires go flat last night, I was at a bit of a loss for what to do. Took me over an hour to get the spare affixed and limp home. Today I went to Regal Auto Care over my lunch break, as they were the closest place I could find on google. From the perspective of someone who knows very little about automotive care, they were fantastic! Not only did they take less time, and charge me less money, than they originally quoted. They also spotted a second tire which was looking bad, and taught me how to identify worn-out tires myself. They were very helpful with general questions about tire care, and I would absolutely recommend their services to others. They also had the nicest waiting area I've ever seen in an auto shop.

They got me in right away for my appointment (same day), they were very nice and professional. No pressure when I declined offers. Will definitely return!

You guys were and are awesome. We were able to schedule the suburban to get the brakes fixed and then on short notice we brought our son's car in and you fixed his brakes during his visit back from Spokane. Thanks so much for the great service! Thank you!!!!
