Great staff, great service, great experience overall. Only needed two tires for my Honda Ridgeline and that's what they sold me. No high pressure sales or add ons. They checked my brakes and a few other things for free and I couldn't be happier. Also I do NOT get paid to write reviews. I went to Regal for a simple tire swap, plus mount and balance. We had some disagreement over the details, but the staff stayed late to honor my wishes. They also detected a leaky seal which needs attention. I was impressed not only with their level of service for a first time customer, but their prices were fair and exactly what I was quoted. I will return for all my automotive service needs.

The owner, Korey, has been the owner for over a year and I can tell there's a huge difference in the business. He goes the extra mile to take care of his customers and is dedicated to building loyalty and good business over his bottom dollar. Any time I've had a problem, he fixed it with humility, understanding, and always left me feeling taken care of. These types of auto shops are few and far between and you won't be disappointed.
