I first noticed Regal when I drove past the shop on Auburn Way and spotted a 2-dr Bronco just like I was hoping to build in their parking lot. The Bronco was the owner's (Korey) personal truck and has been a test mule for them for various aftermarket upgrades and modifications. Korey has other vehicles for experimentation and testing modifications, as well. It's great to know he has hands on experience wheeling these modifications in the PNW and also living with them on a daily basis. Korey spent a lot of time discussing upgrades and off road tire options with me during multiple visits. After I installed a coilover suspension, Regal was the obvious choice to perform the alignment work. I also decided to have Regal install an Icon adjustable track bar which was on hand the next day. Regal performed the work at the agreed upon price and finished quicker than expected. When the time comes to upgrade my tires, Regal will be my first choice for buying and mounting them. I've purchased several sets of wheels and tires on-line before, but you can't beat local, expert knowledge and support, particularly on bigger purchases running in the thousands of dollars. There is significant value in the support Regal has provided and I believe they will provide great after-sale support as well if issues were to arise. So far, my Regal experience has been all positive! Keep up the great work!

It’s a good place and nice people

I have a 2021 Ford Bronco that I got Korey and his team to install a Stage 3 Ford Performance Steering rack into as it was the last weak link in my front end that I wanted to replace. Korey was great in explaining all the in's and out's about the procedure, as a Ford Pro-Cal software system also had to be installed so that the rack could communicate with the Bronco system. Korey and his team did an excellent job and the steering is much more responsive, tight, and I feel more confident now in my travels on and off road. We had one little glitch at the 11th hour and Korey took care of it with his mechanic (can't remember his name, but was awesome!!), and again, great service !! The Pro-Cal.... should have done this before I went to KOH (King of Hammers), as my fuel mileage went up signifyingly and extra power to boot !! Feels like a brand new truck again. The Performance Rack and Pro-Cal units are covered under my Ford warranty, which is also great. I would highly recommend Regal Auto (Korey and his team) for any repairs that you need that are above your mechanical knowing, as they will walk you through it, show you what each component can do, and make you feel like a member rather than just a regular customer that they don't care about. THESE GUYS CARE!! and want you to feel that!! I can not say anything bad about the way I was treated, or how the truck was fixed.... they did an excellent job, and I "will" use there services again in the future. Keep up the great work fellas !!

*After writing an intial scathing review, the Manager, Dane, contacted me saying there had been a huge error by a new employee on my quote for services, and, who needs more training. Okay, I'll go with that (times are tough finding and keeping employees these days) and I do appreciate the call back. Shows good intention on keeping a customer, and I am all about customer service as being a priority. I love working with these guys! Their prices are competitive, but more importantly, they are all about customer service and doing the right thing. Korey and his team are first class, and I highly Recommend working with them!

My experience was excellent. They were quick, easy to work with, affordable and most importantly honest. I went in with a flat and what was thought to be a ruined tpms, they got my Ok to replace the tire and the sensor. When they got the tire off they found a key rattling inside the tire. They told me the tpms was actually fine and the rattling was the key, so they didn’t replace it and saved me 70 bucks. I will go there again when the need arises.
