I had to get a tire replaced on a Saturday evening, Corey was about to close shop but stayed open till I got there.Crew stayed late and hooked me up,even put my spare and tools all back for me. They are very professional and friendly,fast service. 👍👍👍

First time customer at Regal Auto Care Tire Pros - as I was referred by a friend. Korey, the owner/operator, was very knowledgeable and approachable, and guided me to exactly the product I wanted, making the dizzying process of selecting the "right" tire a breeze. I ended up with General ATX tires on TRD Pro matte black rims for my 2020 Tacoma. Couldn't be happier with how it turned out and I definitely will be back for tires and all mechanical needs in the future. Supporting a local business is a plus too.

The owner Korey set me up with a wheel and tire combo for my Tacoma and I couldn't be more pleased with how it turned out. Price was competitive, service was personable and genuine, and Korey took the time to explain the ins/outs of tires, guiding me past some of the tires I was initially considering (turns out they were more money but not necessarily a better tire) and helped me settle on a General ATX tire. Korey presented the cheapest diagnostic rate of all places I called, he mentioned a drop box I could leave my key due to time issues! That was great for us. They even stayed later than closing by a few minutes to accommodate my boyfriend coming in Uber for the vehicle, this was very kind. Although the estimate was much higher then I expected, I liked the customer service that was provided :)

Went in with a few questions, but Korey’s knowledge of new products that perfectly fit what I was looking for convinced me it was the right time to buy. The tires weren’t at the shop and I had a big trip coming up the next day. Instead of setting a future appointment he went to the warehouse in his OWN truck and picked them up. The tires were installed within a few hours. Thanks for going above and beyond!

Fantastic Owner and staff. I have been taking my vehicles to this location for more than 30 years and even after ownership change. The place is a cleanly run and honest organization. They give great analysis and let you make the determination on what services you want. Today I went in for an oil change but also had some concerns. Turns out I needed a tuneup, hadn't had one in 60,000 miles, Needed tires (40,000 mile tires that I got 45,000 miles on), new tail light (something they found). I wondered about windshield wipers, they said no need. Checked brakes, found the rears had been changed in 2016 and fronts are on their last six months or so but said for local driving they would be just fine. Not sure what turned Kenny K. off so badly. When I found out it was going to be an all day event, the owner drove me home. Not sure what else they could have done to make it any more convenient. They have built their reputation on Honesty and Customer Service. I never want to spend more money than necessary but if I have to I have no problem giving it to this company to be assured my vehicle is running top notch. Thanks for everything guys. Owner helped me out while I was in, was very nice and helpful. Will definitely get my alignments done at that shop and would recommend to anyone to do the same.
