1st and 4-most, 👁️ was "genuinely" impressed by how the Serv.Rep. (Jared Charbonneau) communicated with me, when the service "time" suggested, was compromised by an understatement foreseen hang-up. He was "genuinely" apologetic, about the delay, and specific about the time it would take, 2 rectify the situatiin. He felt that 👁️ might not want 2 wait as long as it might take (1-1/2 hrs.) And shared that info, a s.a.he knew what the situation was. 👁️Thanked him, and he moved 2 find a time that might "accommodate me better. 👁️ was very grateful 4 his concern, and looked 4-ward 2 wking with him later. In my a opinion, a "true" asset 2 his company.

All of the staff was amazing. They got me the best deal and the best tire for what I needed. I will definitely be going back there.

I usually go to firestone, but Dustin , who works at Regals , recommended I come try them out. Wow! I’m so glad I did. Went in for a diagnostic check . The team was respectful and professional . The place was clean. The pricing is better than firestone. The staff is amazing. Dustin let me car pool with him after I dropped off my car over night. Corey is excellent at explaining the details about my car. I like that they sent a vehicle condition report to my phone once they finished working on my car . I will be taking my car here from now on .
